A new build project to turn a run down bungalow into a modern family home. The use of the roof space and double gable-ends ensured the project got through planning, whilst providing the much needed additional space upstairs.
Polished concrete floors, shadow gap skirting and a plywood kitchen helped to provide minimalist Scandinavian style
